A pre-authorization is placed on your credit card when you place your order. However, we don’t process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is shipped, you will be charged and sent a shipping confirmation email.

Yes; To download your VAT invoice, please log into your account, select your order and then select ‘View Sales Receipt.
If you checked out as a guest, Please use the check your order form. Enter your order number and associated email address, and select ‘View Sales Receipt. Please note that you can not view your invoice until payments are processed.
For returned items, please note that only when a refund is processed will your sales receipt be updated for you.
