  • Do I need to have an account to place an order online?
    No, you do not need an account to place an order with us. However, the benefit of creating an account is that you can securely save your addresses, payment options and wish lists for quicker checkouts in the future and see your past order history.
  • How do I know if my order is processed?
    A pre-authorization is placed on your credit card when you place your order. However, we don’t process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is shipped, you will be charged and sent a shipping confirmation email.
  • Where can I find my order number?
    When you place an order, we'll send you an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
  • Can someone help me place my order online?

  • Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
    Yes; To download your VAT invoice, please log into your account, select your order and then select ‘View Sales Receipt. If you checked out as a guest, Please use the check your order form. Enter your order number and associated email address, and select ‘View Sales Receipt. Please note that you can not view your invoice until payments are processed. For returned items, please note that only when a refund is processed will your sales receipt be updated for you.

  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept the following payment types, Please note; we cannot split payments between credit cards. However, we accept payments split by gift cards and credit cards. Pay using 3 Instalments.
  • When will I be charged for my order?
    A pre-authorisation is placed on your credit card when your order is placed. However, please note we don’t process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number and details. We will then process and package your order. Once your order is sent for delivery, you will be charged and sent a delivery confirmation email. The pre-authorisation will drop in 7-10 business days.
  • Can my billing and delivery address be different?
    Yes, your billing and delivery address can be different.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We don't offer complimentary returns at present. - Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date - All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached - Proof of payment must accompany the return - All garments are subject to inspection Note: Subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, products excluded from the return are: headwear, face masks and gift cards, and swimwear, has to be returned with the hygienic liner intact.

    You cannot, as we only have an online store at present. However, we're working on this.
  • Where can I find my order number?
    You can find your order number on your order confirmation email or packing slip or log into your account and find the order in your order history. Your order number is a 10-digit number that includes the UK in the reference.
  • I don’t have a printer, what should I do?

  • I can't make it to a courier service drop off location
    To schedule a parcel collection. The Post Office has a range of postage options for purchase in branches. The price finder tool can help you find the most affordable option. All returned items must have the appropriate insurance coverage for the return journey, as any loss or damage when underinsured will be at the sender's loss.   • When will I get my refund after I have returned my order?
    Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days to process. Your funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.
  • Will I receive a return shipping label with my order?
    No, We have decided to remove shipping labels from our orders. Please follow our returns instructions if you wish to return an item(s) from your order.
  • Can I return an online purchase in another country?
    You cannot, as we are only based in the UK at present. However, we're working on this.
  • Can I exchange my product(s)?
    Yes! Please send your product for an exchange. Like any returns, all exchanges must be - made within 30 days from the delivery date - All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached - Proof of payment must accompany the exchange - All garments are subject to inspection Note: products excluded from the exchanges are headwear, face masks, gift cards, * swimwear should be unused and have the hygienic liner intact.
  • Do you offer gift receipts?
    We do not currently offer gift receipts for online purchases.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes. 'E-gift cards' can be purchased online. They can be redeemed in our online store and treated like cash, as they cannot be 'replaced' if lost or stolen. All e-gift cards are final sales. E-gift cards can only be purchased online and delivered to you via email. They can be 'redeemed' in our online store.
  • How do I check the balance and transaction history on my gift card?
    No, You cannot check the gift card balance, so please keep track of your spending. We can help you with an update on a balance request if you forget or need advice at any time.

  • How can I redeem my gift card?
    The payment is done at the end of the checkout process and not at the billing stage. Follow these steps once you have checked out: 1) Fill in your contact and shipping information and select your shipment method. 2) Continue to Billing. 3) Select your payment method. Gift cards are under ‘More Options’. 4) Review Order. 5) Tick the Terms and Conditions box and proceed to payment. 6) You will be redirected to a Givex Portal where you enter the Gift Card number and its PIN. If your gift card balance is under the total amount required to complete the order, you can pay the rest with a credit/debit card or another gift card. Note that you can combine up to five gift cards in a transaction.
  • I want to place an order online using my gift card. Can I combine it with PayPal if there isn’t enough money on the gift card?
    No. However, you can combine one with a credit/debit card or another gift card.
  • I lost my gift card, what should I do?
    We can not replace them for you if they are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So, hold on to them tight! Gift cards are like cash to spend in our online store.
  • Will I be refunded on the same gift card if I return a product?
    If you initially used a gift card to place an order but need to return your item, we will refund you a new gift card which you will receive once the return is processed. If you placed your order with both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund method is refunded to value and the amount initially covered by each type of payment method used.
  • Will my gift card expire?
    Our gift cards are good to use online; they will never expire or depreciate and are final sale. They are like cash, so we cannot replace them for you if they're lost or stolen.
